My husband and I lived here for 6 months and it was horrible. The office would not return phone calls, even if you left a message. They would take serveral days if not a week to send maint. to fix and issue at your apt. One day I came home from work to find my front dog wide open because they had painted it that day....with no notice sent, and my dog was sitting inside. Thank goodness he didnt run away or get aggressive w/ the workers. I have a feeling he was either yelled at or scared becuase he was cowered down when I got home, which is not typical for a hyper boxer! And even though we moved out Oct 31st I just recieved our deposit back today(03/13/2009) and it was not even the correct amont. On top of that I had to call them at least 4-6 times to get them to send it to me becuase they kept forgeting to issue it to us. Please dont live here, you will most def regret it...i should have listened to the reviews I read before moving in instead of thinking it was just one person with a bad situation!

Oh yeah...trying to get your money back from this place was fun. You are lucky you got anything back. They charge you these fees and then when you go back...nothing was repaired. I think they pocketed the cash. Always request to inspect the work that was done!
