these are old, rundown, and unsafe. my roommates truck was broken into, and children run around unsupervised all day and night. The floor in my bathroom is caving in and you can hear EVERYTHING, the walls are paper thin.

My husband and I moved in here 2 weeks ago. We are in an upstairs 3 bdrm which is quite spacious. I have yet to see any unwelcome critters. I walk the complex nightly and haven't felt the least bit uncomfortable. Check it out @ mynewplace.com , apartments.com , or apartmentguide.com. There has been a management change recently which could contribute to the difference in opinions.
