i just moved out of his place and o.m.g .It was horribale.,and no i was not evicted they lat me out of my lease due to the conditions.They have a huge bug problem ,and im not talking just about cockroaches ,if you live on the bottom floor you get slugs,worms and all kinds of wiered bugs.The plumbing issues are unbelievable, my tub backed up 5 times with sewage and my bathroom sink , one time i had to sit three days with sewage in my tube (i onle had one bathroom)there was mold growing up the walls its just crazy take it as advice or not ,i even had dep.of codes and the health department out . if you move there good luck ,,Oh and did i mention that they'er $36,000 dollars in dept its amazing what the maintence men tell you please look else where alot of people are running specials on apartments so DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! oh there also has been two raids and the cops are constantly there there is used condoms and glass and needles everwhere like i said good luck,oh and they will tell you theres waher and dryer connections but when you run your washer it either comes up the drain or out of the sink pipes underneth and there is no ventilation for the dryers and by law/codes they are sopposed to have some kind of ventilation in the bathrooms and theres not
