I have lived here at the property for 18 months now and I am currently on notice to vacate due to the purchase of a home. I must say that reading the previous post that I have to disagree totally. Having friends that lived here in 2004, 2005 I frequented the property on a regular basis and would not have lived here. Due to finishing my education and attempting to reduce financial stress I chose River Park because of its affordability.

The new management has taken a ZERO BS approach and I think its fantastic... I hear a lot of bad mouth in regards to David Randy in the office but its all a bunch of nonsense. He clearly speaks the guidelines and regulations and living here I have seen many come and GO... This property is very quiet and CLEAN. This is something very differetn from just a couple of years ago.

They have taken care of any and all request in a timely manner and for the most part the same day. I am very happy to have lived here in the community and I have referred many of my friends here as well. The location is AWESOME!

Apartment living is what one makes of it... If you follow the rules and can reside in your unit without disturbing your neighbors you will be happy here.

In this economy we need more affordable housing such as River Park.
