The Management "Randy" gives you the run around when something in your apartment breaks. He plays this role as if he's really concerned. Hell would have frozen over by the time something in your apartment gets fixed and thats even if it gets fixed. Your apartment is not updated unless you move out. New ceiling fans, new windows, and new appliances are installed once you move out. Noone stays, people move in and out constantly. The Maintenance man is a shady character. I don't trust either of them. The parking is ok, the landscape is ok. The noise at times can be nerve wrecking. The only reason I'm still here is to save money. Rent is not too high. Good central location. If you're desperate to save money, this is the place for you.
