If the roach problem improved, trust me, this would be the #1 place to live because the neighbors are super sweet and rent is reasonable. The only con is that the roaches are HORRENDOUS !!! They are in the KITCHEN (where cooking takes places), they are in the bathroom, they are everywhere in the apartment. I hope that this problem is resolved and once it is , River Park will truly be a wonderful place to call home.
