Just wanted to set the record straight on a few comments made here. Regarding the "Don't Live Here".....There is not trash all over the place (we do have groundskeepers and they do a great job for us, but every day is a new day). It DOES NOT take an act of Congress to get a service call answered. We usually perform the request same day, but in most cases we can within 24-hrs. If we require a contractor it may take a little while longer, but we stay on top of the matter. And I have NEVER received a request to repair an oven door that had fallen off'' It simply didn't happen, or the resident didn't bother to call us. If our equipment goes bad we replace it. Period. Refrigerator not working' Tell me who you are and I will get you a new one.

"Cops Every Night". Wrong. On an apartment community things can and do happen. We have no more problems than anyone else our size (250 apartment homes). Police do patrol our community as the nearest precinct is only 2 miles from here, so they give us more visibility. Also, we do have the Sheriff's Department here to serve our legal notices, as do all other communities. And we do have a courtesy officer who responds to music/noise complaints. Just ask any of the residents who violated this policy how we deal with that. I am evicting a resident as I write this because they didn't believe that my policy is as strict as I told them it was. They said the couple next to them were arrested for making drugs in the bathroom' Nonsense. The police would have told me, the resident manager, about the situation because it would have posed a danger to the community. Total fabrication.

"Lots of Room for Improvements". A lot of activity on the parking lot' Again, if my residents have a problem with noise they know that they can have the courtesy officer dispatched. He is all business and gets the job done for us. (He is all business if you have ever had any dealings with him. Trust me on this one). Parking can be a pain when "there are wrecked cars".....Let me assure you that I tow cars if they are not in good repair or if the tags are not current. Our maintenence clean up after themselves, and if someone has a problem with any issue they know that they can call and we'll take care of it. I have not received a call in recent memory where a resident has called me because their apartment was left dirty from a repair person. I would have sent them back to clean up.

We aren't perfect but we do strive to keep everyone happy here. Sometimes things fall through the cracks, but if I am made aware that a resident is not happy with something I will become personally involved and resolve the issue. I will continue to do my best while I am the Resident Manager here, but do take with a grain of salt some of the postings here.....some are quite "suspect".

This is complete --------. I KNOW because my best friend used to work here. This manager is LYING to save her job or because the management compnay told them too. The drugs and crime is RAMPANT. There are shootings in the parking lot and I know for a fact that criminal activity is a MAJOR problem here. ALSO, the maintenance staff is lazy and they DO NOT take care of requests. I have been in the office when 2 not 1 IRATE tenants were in there asking why THEY COULD NOT get the maintanance staff to fix something (I remember a toilet not working was one problem). DO NOT MOVE HERE! The rate of crime is unbelieveable, it might as well be in the projects!
