The apt itself, is great with lots of space, but floors creek, walls are thin and neighbors can be easily heard. There are also a lot of "activities" that are disturbing, such as late night arguements, partying, talking, and music. We are ok, but both sets of our neighbors seem to have little respect when it comes to noises. one is constantly screaming at her sister, friend(s), or mother and vice versa. Some new neighbors moved next door and they are on the loud and "large" side, so we here every time they walk around.

Parking can become a pain when there are wrecked cars and "friends" overtaking residential spaces.

Exterior needs to be repainted and new steps should be considered. The concrete and iron steps are falling apart with the iron rods sticking out.

Mailboxes need to be replaced.

Sliding doors are a great addition, but becomes a problem with such little insulation.

Maintainence staff is friendly, although can be a little uncomfortable if you're a single. They will have things fixed, but tend to leave a mess for you to clean up after them.

Office staff is generally nice with an exception of once young lady who always seems to be patronizing when speaking to you. She comes up with some excuse or another and turning things around, making it seem like your fault.

If you can hadle these things with grace and patience, it would be an OK place to live. Otherwise, get a roommate- spend a little more and be happier. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
