Great Value, new management big improvement

I lived at Riverbend a few years agao, under the old management, and was not impressed. However, I returned because the apartments are huge and cost less, compared to other complexes in the surroundng areas. I have now lived here for 1.5 years, and since the new manager, Curt, has taken over I have seen a huge change in the way things are done. He is extremely nice and responsive, and I feel well taken care of. The security officer, J.J. has always been friendly and available, and I feel extra safe since these really bright security lights were installed all over the complex. Parking is plentiful, and I seldom have a problem with noisy neighbors, if at all. My neighbors are friendly young people. If i had any complaint, it would be some of my stairs and part of my bedroom floor creaks, but that is a small price to pay for such a large apartment at a great price.
