I lived at Riverbend for 2 years. We had a 2 bedroom townhouse. We loved it until a group of ------- American males moved into the apartment across the hall from us. It was horrible from then on out. We always smelled marijuana walking into the breezway coming from their apartment and they were always loud at all hours of the night. They would have their radio on full blast and would bang on the walls. We could not wait for our lease to end. The staff was also, lets say not on top of things. Every time I would report our neighbors to the office they would always say that they would take care of things, but obviously they never did. And maintenance there was not a joy either. I reported things to have fixed and I would have to call the office like everday 2 or 3 times a daybefore they would get done. One day our water heater busted and I called to report it and guess when they finally decided to come fix it, at 2:00 in the morning when our neighbors downstaris called to report that it had flooded their living room. Also they do pay the water bill there, but a big problem we had was that we would come home like 2 days a week at least and our water would be shut off. They would always say that the water line busted, but what water line busts that many times! I believe they were just trying to conserve water and keep people from using it at certain times of the day. The apartment itself that we had was wonderful because there was tons of space and it was very nice on the inside. The grounds were usually pretty clean, but the exterior of the apartments was not too hot. They are very old!! We are now out of these apartments and we still know someone living in there and they tell us that the noise problems have gotten worse. This area is way too close to the major shopping centers and colleges, so if you are thinking about moving here just be ready for lots of noise.
