Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We've been here almost a year now. Even though the apartment is a wonderful size, everything else is not. The staff look at us like we are crazy every time we report a problem, especially with heat or air. We waited three weeks not too long ago to have our kitchen sink looked at. The faucet was leaking pretty bad. We have maintenance requests that were put in over a month ago that still have not been taken care of. The manager actually got pretty ugly with me one day when I was trying to explain something to her for a third time. The noise issue has gotten some better in the past few weeks and like I said, the apartment is a great size. I have not had a problem with parking as some others have stated.
