Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
have lived at riverbend for 2yr and had enough from the staff, noise, pool always close, poor maintenance. My experience I call the office in march for repair, water leakage from the roof after 2 week i called back to see what was going on she told me the work order has been done. That wasn??t true today August 9, 2006 that when the leakage got fix after six month, but I still paid the rent iam just ready to move OUT.
