I was excited to live here.
For the price, I figured it was a good deal.
I have a year lease, and I have absolutely no intention of living here a second longer than I have to.
On numerous occasions, I have had water leaking from my ceiling in various rooms, water coming through my cabinets, water coming THROUGH a ceiling light, and very little has been done specifically to fix it.
They can't figure out where the water is coming from.
They occasionally try to patch something upstairs and tell me to call if it happens again.
One maintenance person told me that one particular leak was an upstairs neighbor's fridge backing up, and there was nothing they could really do about it.
I even got a message from one of the office personnel telling me to just call whenever the leaks happened again, because they couldn't fix it until they figured out where it was coming from.
I'm embarrassed to have people over, and I have actually stopped doing so.
I can't wait to move.
I have no idea if others here have had the same experience.
It could just be me.

I thought our apt there was the only one with leaks!I lived in a 2br townhouse. I lived there from 05-08 and just like you the price was great for the first year lease, but after that it was ridiculus! I had problems with water leaking in my bedroom by the ceiling fan, so everytime it rained it was a shower in my room and the leak in the hallway going down stairs was like a waterfall!!! The ONLY way I could get the office personel to do anything was to go to corporate! Even after that the problems were the same-but I actually had people coming to look at the leak that had occured for about 2-3 years!
The ONLY reason why I stayed there so long was because the location was great. Finally last year I was able to buy a home and get the heck up out of there.
