Riverbend

 

I used to think that Riverbend was a great place to live.

I was wrong.

I know a lot of it has to do with the new construction over at Nashville West, but when there are at least fifteen break-ins, right around your building, and management won't bother to step up security, what does that say'

I had my scooter stolen, and they basically told me it wasn't their responsibility.

I understand that they can't be everywhere at once, but their "courtesy officer" was in the hospital, and they should have had someone else out patrolling.

The indifference and bad attitude of the management since we decided to move out has been ridiculous.

The reason why maintenance requests don't get through is because they don't bother to write them down unless you are in their faces about.

Trust me, I complained about a door on my mailbox that allowed people to take my mail, and they never did anything about it.

All and all, I would say, don't live here unless you are prepared for indifference and a nasty attitude when you have legitimate complaints.
