The buildings are old and falling apart. The staff doesn't seem to care about anything but getting you to sign the lease.
When I moved in, I commented on a cracked sink in the bathroom. The response I got was "I am sure it has been that way for a while. Shouldn't be a problem." Water damage seems to be a problem everywhere throughout the complex. in and out of the buildings.
There is a reason this is one of the cheaper places in the west nashville/ bellvue area. Despite the sporadic crime waves. It is noisy, the walls seem quite thin (I have overheard several conversations my neighbors have had). The floor plans are fairly large, but the kitchens are TINY. Really, if you have a microwave and a coffee maker you are out of counter space. There is a tennis court, but I don't think it has been used since 1981.
In the end it is adequate shelter, with a bit of room to move around. If you want to live on this side of town and can't afford the extra $200-$300 or so to live in bellvue, it isn't that bad of a comprimise.
Despite what the other ratings say, there are worse places.
