we have lived here for 3 years. it is awfull. since we lived here there have been two shooting. two people were injured. there are fights all the time. there was a warrent served on someone. they promise to clean up this place of the crime but nothing happens. my kids cannot play outside because of the violence. i wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in this place any longer. it is supposed to be a gated community but the gates don't work. we have one security guy but he just sits in his car at the office and does nothing. they lite the dumpsters on fire in the summertime. if you don't believe me google riverchase aprtments crime and you will be able to read it yourself.trash runs over at the dumpsters. it is really nasty. people break into the laundry room all the time so we can only use the laundry facility when the office is open and not at all on weekends which if you have kids is highly inconvienents. the playground gets torn up and there are curse words written in graffiti on the slide.
