I don't know where to begin. Our experience here has been unbearable. Their negligence has ruined our brand new car, and a flood that we complained about a dozen times in our apartment ruined much of our furniture. The grounds are an embarressment. They are never cleaned. There is also a sewage treatment facility between the two buildings. This was obviously not in the brouchure. The maintenance isn't just bad, it doesn't exist. And don't complain to management. They will give you a condescending smile and ignore all complaints with comments such as "We are in the business of taking money, not spending money." If you are a true masochist, then this place is for you.
