Before Brookside Properties changed management this was a nice place to live. In the past 3 months at least 75% of the residents have moved out due to mistreatment.People who have lived there for 5 years or more have left.New people were put in on a 1 month free basis with no money down and most have been evicted. Not a good situation at all!
1)If you like a Manager who treats you like dirt.This place is for you.
2)If you like a building that is falling apart and dirty. This place is for you.
3)If you like walls that are so thin you can hear what the guy upstairs is saying. This place is for you.
4)If you want a company that never returns your calls when you need to contact them. This place is for you.
5)If you want the kind of neighbors who set off firecrackers at 3AM, throw their garbage out of the window,scream out racial slurs and obcenities. This place is for you.
