I lived there for quite a while and although it was a pleasant experience overall there were several things that stood out as bad. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, I had the pleasure of living underneath a herd of buffalo with an affinity for Journey tunes. Then every Monday morning you have the pleasure of the trash truck coming before dawn and making enough noise to wake the dead, several mornings I thought it was a thunderstorm... only to realize it was the trash guy.
Postives include, ample parking both for residents and guests. The pool is a nice luxury considering you are living downtown and few other places have one and the access to downtown is nice, it's a little walk to get there, but, it's nice to be close without the hustle and bustle of being right in the middle of traffic and congestion.
