When I first moved into Riverfront, I loved it. The tenants where mature adults and seemed to understand the need to be respectful of other tenants when it came to noise. Then slowly long-term tenants started moving out and what I would call "trailer trash" started moving in. Like the other reviewers, I find the thin floors and walls to be my biggest complaint. Prior to the new breed of tenants living here now, it wasn't really a problem. Yes, there are train tracks very close by, but the trains are no comparison to children running and dropping heavy items above your bedroom. The noise is out of control! You can complain to management, but they will do nothing! Their only concerns is to fill the vacancies, which are many. Every weekend you can see two or three tenants moving out. I myself am looking to move as well. Again, I agree with the other reviewers that Riverfront has gone down hill...WAY DOWN HILL! Its a shame because I really enjoyed living here for the first year. However, today I would not recommend anyone, but an illiterate family with six kids and three dogs to move here; Im sure the noise wouldnt faze them in there one bedroom apartment. Yes, that's the kind of crowd that is moving into these apartments.
