Well, I made the mistake of ignoring all of the other complaints about Riverfront apartments that I had read and signed a lease anyway. I figured, how bad could it really be'
The first thing that hit me after I moved in was the noise. I could literally hear everything going on above me, below me, beside me, and outside of my apartment. Add to that the fact that there are extremely noisy trains that run directly in front of your front door at all hours of the night and you get an apartment that is too loud to bear. The walls were so thin that I could literally hear what my neighbors were watching on T.V.!
The next thing that I found out was that the management is terrible. I don't mean bad, I mean awful. You can always tell when a management team cares about their residents. Let me tell you, Riverfront's management DOESN'T. Also, if you need a repair done in your apartment be prepared to wait... indefinitely.
Lastly, this apartment complex was filthy. Spider webs everywhere you turn, dirty hallways, and when I moved in I couldn't even use the balcony because it was so filthy.
So, if you want to live in a loud, dirty apartment complex with a management team that couldn't care less about you or your needs, welcome to Riverfront. Hopefully this review will save some people some headache that I wished I wouldn't have had to deal with.

Since the conversion to condos, these problems remain. I agree that the management company is not only terrible, but also terribly arrogant. So much for property values!
