December 31, 2005 Riverfront Apartments were renovated by Hosteler, Neuhoff & Davis. They were sold as Condominiums. They are no longer apartments they have all new individual owners, and they are great.

Apartment Ratings is being contacted to remove the previous ratings and information so that they do not get a stigma as being a useless resource.

The property management company-Timmons-leaves alot to be desired. Progress could be made by holding these people more accountable. They do not seem to understand that they work for the owners, not vice versa. I would like to see bids taken for management of the property and let them compete if they so desire.
