I am a current owner of one of the newly renovated condos at Riverfront. The often sited problems many of the previous tenants of Riverfront Apartments are no longer a problem. Management is mostly done by Timmons Properties with the direction of a 5 member board made up of individuals who own property at Riverfront. Everyone who lives at Riverfront has a vested interest in its upkeep and maintenance, so the problems that do arise, are quickly taken care of. It is also a short walk (15 min max) to downtown which I do often and have never had a problem. It is also very nice to have an on site laundry room with great machines and a work out room with some great equipment.
