I've owned a unit at Riverfront Condominiums for a year and a half now and have enjoyed every minute of it. It is conveniently located downtown with easy access to anywhere in or around downtown. Riverfront is no longer an "apartment complex" as stated on this site in previous entries....it was converted to condominiums two years ago. Each unit is individually owned, however some units are currently being rented out by the new owners. At Riverfront we have a Homeowners Association with each owner having a vested interest in the property and a board that stays on top of any problems that may arise.

Riverfront is tucked away in downtown Nashville, which makes it very private....plus it is currently the only complex located directly on the Cumberland River downtown. Your friends will love it!!
