They gave you an attractive promotion price, and got back from the utiliy bills. You do not receive the bill from utilities companies, but from Rolling Hills Apartments directly! And the bill is huge! The bills went up from $140 last month to nearly $190 now. No meters, no information on how much water and gas and electricity you used, only the big number---- the bill! and you have to pay!!! Channel 4 and 5 had reports about the Rolling Hills Apartments last July. BTW, the rolling hill is not a safe place to live. At least 20 people?s cars were broken into last year. Don?t live there!!!
