Hell with Rolling Hills

Management is horrible. Staff members are rude and not responsible. Their behaviors are driving away all good residents and making the apartment complex a slum. Also the utility bills. I've never heard of any other places where all residents have to share huge utility bills. It's not a big deal to share the bills. The biggest problem is that each month you are supposed to pay somewhere between $150 and $200 for water, sewage and electricity. How could the bill be so big' There is no doubt that Rolling Hills is making a profit out of the utility bills. Trust me. Do not move to Rolling Hills. Do not even give it a thought. Let Rolling Hills go to hell. It deserves it.
