My husband, myself, and our two children relocated to Nashville due to job changes. We came and looked at the apartments, They looked great. So, we agreed to move in. Well, things went rolling down hill quickly! I will list just a few of our complaints. BUGS ! BUGS ! BUGS! We live in the C section of the apartments. And good lord at the bugs. Never seen such a thing in my life. NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! People playing music much to loudly, stomping, dancing, always on the steps in the evening up to late evening/early morning hours. ITS RIDICULOUS, 645.00 a month and you can not even walk outside without worrying if you are gonna get mugged or worse. MANAGEMENT! Just today I called and asked if they could send a maintanence man up here to fix something. Well, they said right away, and now it has been 5 hours with no prevail. LAUNDRY FACILITIES! Over half of the washers and dryers don't work, you put your money in and you can't get it back, I have probably lost more money than I have washed clothes.
Parking is bad, no lighting. Lots of shady looking people have been moving in lately. I am scared to go out after dark. My kids can't even play outside here lately, so many bad people moving in here. Building has mold in the ducts, walls have holes in them, paint peeling off, bathrooms are full of mold(most of which i have been able to clean) YOU HAVE TO SHARE YOUR UTILITIES, WHICH ENDS UP BEING AROUND 175.00 A MONTH. WE DON'T EVEN USE OUR AIRCONDITIONING/HEATER, SPARINGLY USE WATER, IT IS RIDICULOUS.
HORRIBLE DON"T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!
