let anybody move in, don't check, bugs,crime,noise,utilities, can't turn heat/air when want to. shootings . DON'T MOVE HERE, IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place used to be very nice 2-3 years ago but for the last 1 1/2 years, it's gone downhill to slums. shootings, pay too high for utilities and you can't even control your heat/air, it's either heat or air and then you have to wait and are either very cold or very hot in apartment. Very noisy, no one checks around here especially at night, no security officer to run off people hanging out cussing, saying terrible things to people, breaking in apartments/cars. Beat up cars in parking lot, dirty, bugs real bad, can't get things fixed. Office staff doesn't get things done. They don't work with people, they just don't care. Everytime they get a good manager, they find some reason for that person to leave.
They let anybody and everybody move in. It's just terrible.
