My friend just told me about this web site yesterday and I'm very upset with the crap people have to say. There are no bug problems here...at least not in my apartment. Most of the people that have problems in their apartments are probably because they don't clean (like that other guy said). and they have a bug man that comes like every week to make sure that we don't get bugs. Th maintenance staff has always helped me out when i've had any type of problem. As far as the crime here...I've never seen any problems. I feel safe here...as safe as you can feel in Nashville. I like the management and staff, they have always been friendly and concerned about my satisfaction.

Good to hear it's fine. No place is perfect but if you have a staff that puts out effort to deal with needs- that is what is most important. And BUGS, yeah they get to me big time, but being from Florida, cleaniness counts. If you are clear and clean the bugs just aren't that interested. Whoevers momma ever said dirty filth is right?
