to the person who said changes since new owner this is incorrect. noise is still a major issue and safety. Shootings, break ins in apts and vehicles (3-4 within 2-3 months). Do you not watch the news' Place grounds was clean before new owner. I'm tired of bugs still, not enough maintenance to take care of problems. Staff acts like your bothering them when you call the office. flat rate good' what size apt are you in and how many in there' Can't use air or heat whenever you want and then it doesn't blow right. Maintenance doesn't do regular checks on air filters. couldn't use pool, lets see if can this new summer. I'm tired of being told and promised things by staff especially manager there now and nothing done.
