I have lived in this place since January and I have to say it was a mistake from the beginning. Within days of me moving here I saw a roach. Although my apartment isnt that badly infested, I still dont appreaciate it. When the guy comes it seems like it never works. It's also funny how everyone in the office seems to be completely different from the people in the office when i moved in here. My ceiling in my bathroom has a hole in it and water leaks. My a/c wasnt working for a few days. Its just not a pleasent place to live. Its not worth putting your money into something that is less than average. I am not a completely picky person but I would like a decent place to live and Rolling Hills is not that.

I agree with you. I have lived here for less than three months, I have a very long list of things and complains that have NEVER been taken care of. The staff gave you excuses everytime you called or went to the office. Dont ever stay in this apartment complex. It is horrible and you will regret it for the money you pay to them. I am trying to get out and break my lease. Personally, I think this apartment complex needs to be reported to the Health Department and News in general for them to get shut down. Horrible place to live, please stay away for your own sake.
