You wont want to move in to Rolling Hills. It is the worst complex that I ever lived in. I regret the decision that I made to move in there. I cant tell you how many roommates that I have now living with me, and they have babies, too. I mean ROACHES. They are everywhere in my apartment. I called about hundred times, nobody ever came to spray. AC sucks, never works. Management told you excuses about problems in their complex. They are even rude, telling me how old the buildings are and etc etc. I am a resident. I dont care what problems they have with the complex because I am paying for them to take care of it. I am telling you, future resident, dont move in, you will regret it. DOnt sign the lease, walk out because I am not kidding around. This is one of the worst places ever. Even homeless people wont have roaches and spiders crawled on them. I pay over $600 to have bugs crawled on me and sweat like a pig in my shorts and topless in my apartment. Dont ever come here and get youself stuck in your lease or you will be chasing roaches and spiders in your apartment for a year long and not happy in your home. Please stay away.
