This place is soooo not what it is crakced up to be. It clams to be luxury living, maybe if you lived in the 70s. The fixtures look like they are the original ones frm when the place was built. The place is not safe . Several cars were broken into.
The office people are not very nice. The maitenence people ( if there are even any) never come. I had a leak in my apartment by the balcony for the entire time that I lived there. It was never fixed. They also charge you an outragious amount for utilities. Even if you do not use them. The only plus about this place is that they are roomy when you have to share your place with ROACHES, I'm not talking about normal ones, but the ones that you see people eating on Fear Factor (you know the huge ones)

Preach it!!! This place is so nasty. I reported them to HUD. The government needs to know this place is basically unlivable. I hated this place and I hated my neighbors. I had to get away from there as soon as possible. This place needs to be demolished!!!! ASAP!!!!
