new owners won't keep good managers/staff who made a difference previously because they don't want to pay for good help

was at rolling hills for years previously and when they get a really good manager who gets the place cleaned up both in the apartment and the people who cause problems so other people living there can enjoy their home, the upper management/owners make their job difficult, don't give support, don't want to pay to keep experienced people and now it shows. it's gone down hill since 2002 to date. they want to charge for utilities when you can't even turn your heat/air when you want to, leaks all the time, asbestos in the walls/ceilings cause it's so old, it's my understanding under OSHA maintenance, etc. is supposed to wear certain gear and take precautions when disturbing walls, ceilings, etc. We're supposed to be notified and to leave home while doing this kind of work. They don't tell us anything. This is dangerous to our health. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Need I say more. Only 2 other prev. mgrs got this under control and since they left, it's gone to hell fast. most recent prev. owners (Steve Green) cared more about redoing the office & clubhouse than getting us air, our homes taken care of so he could sell the place. He didn't pay the bills so staff couldn't go their job. Then they let anybody and everybody in and again problem with theft, drugs & car breakins. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. WE WANT IT LIKE IT WAS IN THE EARLY 1990'S AND 2000-2002. OTHERWISE EVERYONES GOING TO LEAVE BECAUSE ONCE PEOPLE MOVE IN AND ACTUALLY SEE THE PROBLEMS THEY'RE NOT TOLD ABOUT, THEY'LL MOVE AND TELL OTHERS. THAT'S WHY NOW THEY'RE GOING BACK TO PAY UTILITIES AGAIN (ALTHOUGH I'M SURE IT'S IN MY RENT SOMEWHERE) BECAUSE MANY MOVED OUT DUE TO THE OUTRAGEOUS UTILITY BILLS. HECK, I CAN MOVE TO AND AM MOVING TO ANOTHER PLACE CLOSE TO HERE THAT HAS REAL CENTRAL HEAT & AIR, LAUNDRY AREA IN THE APARTMENT (YOU DON'T HAVE THAT HERE) AND MUCH NICER PLACE.

WHEN ARE THE OWNERS, ETC. GOING TO REALIZE SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET GOOD QUALITY PEOPLE IN THE LONG RUN, YOU'LL BENEFIT. IT'S NOW THE SLUMS OF WEST NASHVILLE. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
