I JUST CURRENTLY MOVED IN TO ROLLING HILLS APARTMENTS AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD A GREAT MOVE THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY BUT STILL PROFESSIONAL I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO STATE A FACT I WORKED IN LEASING APARTMENTS A FEW YEARS BACK AND MOST OF THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE PROBALLY FROM PEOPLE THAT DO NOT PAY THERE RENT ON TIME OR AT ALL SO DON'T BE ANGRY WITH THE STAFF THEY ARE DOING WHAT THEY CAN THEY ARE HUMANS TOO.

Well I am a resident and can say they do not care to the point of fixing heating issues. My apartment is presently 63 degrees and all they can politely say is sorry. What do you do with this fact?

Whoever wrote this is attempting to hide the truth. The site is a dump. I fell into this trap and patiently waited out my lease to get the heck out of dodge. I will not even drive down Premiere Drive because I have never saw roaches that huge in anybody's apartment or house. It brings back too many digusting memories.
