U HAVE NO IDEA HOW WONDERFUL LIFE CAN BE UNTIL U LEAVE ROLLING HILLS; THE LAST MONTH OF MY LEASE I HAD A LEAK IN THE CLOSET, MULTIPLE HUGE ROACHES, I HAD TO DBL SEAL MOVING BOXES SO THEY WOULD STAY AT ROLLING HILLS(THEY DID; THANK GOD; U KNOW THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE THEIR BELOVED HOME) I AM IN BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION AND THE MGMT IS WONDERFUL; I NEVER LIVED IN THE PROJECTS UNTIL ROLLING HILLS; $699 FOR WHAT; JUST NASTY; TAKE YOUR KIDS AND RUN; LIFE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL;
