I was so glad when my lease was up at Rolling Hills.They had the audacity to ask if I was going to renew my lease. The apartmentis a rat filled dump. The leasing agents will switch and bait you. They are nice when you come in to look and they promise some wonderful deals. When you sign your name on the lease it's like you have sold your soul to the -----.

It takes maintenace forever to come fix a problem. WHen I first moved management told me if your toilet is stopped up and you live in an apartment with one bathroom they would come fix the toilet immediately. Why did it take three days for someone to fix the problem. It took them two months to fix the rodent problem I complained about for months. The excuse they gave was since it is cold mice like to come inside but they would put down some glue traps to catch them. Why not call out an exterminator instead of some Walgreen glue traps. I don't even want to discuss the bug problem. At times I didn't know if it was huge roach running across my floor or a mouse.

Let's not even discuss the problem I had with the utility bills. My bill was sky high and it was the only one living in the apartment. There is no way my utlities could equal 140.00 a month. I had problems with my ac unit. It was the middle of summer and my aid conditioner broke. It took them days to come fix it and they did a half ass job. I had to put a fan in the window to keep cool.

The crime is terrible. One night I cam home and the apartment below me was getting raided by the police. It was a big dope ring taking place below.one of the officers told me to go upstairs and look the door. I had to install a double lock on my door to feel safe. If you are a single woman beware because there is always men lurking around the premises. One thing the staff was truthful about was the police coming on the property. They don't have much of choice because of the crime that takes on the premises. You can hear gun shoots in the middle of the night. You can also catch drug transactions taking place on the premises.

Renter's beware of the opinions on the board who say it is a great place. It just the management trying to cover up and portray Rolling Hills as a great place. This place is pure hell and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Last but not least, management stop putting fake reviews on this board about how wonderful the place is. If you want it to be a wonderful place. Fill renter's request, clean up the crime, stop cheating people in the utility bills, and get a better attitude. Most importantly fix up the dump.

No, they need to demolish this dump. It is the only way to kill the insect infestation. While I was living here, Mgmt attempted to get pesticide to do the whole buildings. It killed them for exactly 1 month.
