Hmmm...where to begin... Well, for starters, let me just say that I have never in my life been so displeased with or abhorred by any business or institution as I am with this place.

Yes, the units are a bit shoddy and unkempt--these things I can deal with--but there is no excuse for all of the things that have gone wrong: leaking air conditioner, countless drainage back-up issues, faulty lighting and non-functioning outlets, no hot water (going on week two now, still unaddressed), leaking toilet, roaches, rancid water sitting in the dishwasher from a back-up (which, after several months, is still there as I post this--clearly a health hazard), and the list goes on. (All of this has occurred in less than nine months, might I add.)

Now, all of these things--atrocious in their own right--still cannot compare to the appalling attitude and lack of concern the so-called staff shows their residents. It is absolutely unbelievable to me how blatantly rude and apathetic they are to you as soon as you sign the lease. I mean, they don't even PRETEND to be nice or attentive to your needs. They totally ignore any requests or pleas made to them for maintenance, no matter how dire they are. You pretty much have to do everything yourself. I'm starting to doubt that maintenance even exists here, except in theory. Oh, and as an added bonus, at least a couple of times a month, they like to cut off your water in the middle of the day without warning you.

They also obviously take no pride in and have little regard for their own property. For instance, there happens to be a small, mostly empty room next to my apartment--presumably for storage--which happens to be left unlocked. I would not have even known this had it not been for an unsupervised, obnoxious group of young schoolchildren--at least 7 or 8 of them--wreaking absolute havoc and completely demolishing it. For several mornings, instead of waiting near the road for their school bus, these little hoodlums were busy vandalizing this room, kicking the door in until the lock broke and the wood splintered, banging on the walls, screaming at the top of their lungs, and bashing in the huge television set which (I have no idea why) sits in the room. After my patience had worn too thin, I approached the little bastards myself (more than once) and very politely directed them to stop and leave the room. They pretended to not understand English and continued with their destruction. After about a week and quite a few phone calls to apartment staff, the door was finally locked. (Of course, it didn't take too long before the brats broke into it again.)

For another classic example of this self-negligence they employ: they have the audacity to take all of the things from an evicted or "M.I.A." resident's unit and dump it all--and I mean EVERYTHING--just across the road, scattering it all around their own sign! How the hell is THAT for advertisement!' I guarantee that if I had witnessed this on my first pass here, I'd be a much happier non-resident right now.

So, unless you've arrived here directly from prison, a third-world country, or some cruel form of captivity, this place is truly a horror story. ROLLING HILLS' HA! It's more like ROTTING HELL!!

*As an addendum, it's interesting to note that several of the very few positive ratings of this place came over two consecutive days. Could it really be that the mere fraction of a percentage of residents that are supposedly satisfied here all clamored to post their reviews at the same time' Gee, that really makes you wonder, now, doesn't it...'

To FunFun123, you must be a member of management. Some people would rather be evicted than pay for this crap!!! YOU already know that all the negative reviews are true. Stop sucker punching new tenants.

(I am the author of this review.) To FunFun123: No, I did NOT get evicted. I actually ended up breaking my lease to get the hell away from this dump--and it was worth every penny that I lost...but thanks for stopping by!!
