It's cheap and big, yes. However, the management is very rude (except for when you come to look at renting here). The place smells. There's fleas even if you don't have pets (so if you do have pets, they'll probably get fleas). You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do from walking to rocking beds at 3AM. There are kids that throw things at cars. There are cars that get their windows knocked out. You'll regret living here, I sure do.
