I lived here a few years ago. My first apartment flooded the day after Christmas due to faulty pipes. Susan the crack head office manager came in a just watched and asked what I wanted her to do. It took 3 hours to get the water turned off and that was after I called the fire dept out there because the only maint. guy there could only say "mucho agua". Thank you sir, I know it is a lot of water... turn it off. He didn't even know where to turn off the water. They moved us in the apartment next door and gave us $6.00 to wash clothes that had been soaked by the smelly water. I never signed the lease for the apartment next door but was taken to court after I moved out and was presented my original lease with changes made. Their attorney found it odd how my my lease differed from the one he was given and dismissed the case. My apartment was robbed while I was there. The door was kicked in and their attempt to fix it for the remaining time I was there, was to put a thin strip of trim in where the door frame was broken (the deadbolt was wider than the wood). I didn't worry about locking my door. Even when it was locked, I could walk up and push it and it would open. -------- would drink in the parking lot, lean and urinate on cars. Anytime there was an issue, I was told that it would handled and it was always ignored. The office gave a key to my appartment to someone who was not on the lease, and I came home from work with this person cleaning out my apartment. The next morning, the office got mad at me and wanted to know why I had called the police regarding the matter. Do not live here. They try and tell you how they are improving the premises, so tell me why there is new management ever few months and nothing changes. There are three years on complaints on here stating the same problems over and over again. Get a clue people... don't move in!!!

Rolling Hills needs to be shut down! I got some things going on in my apartment right now (that ive reported SEVERAL times) that I could report to the local health department that are good enough of a reason to do so. Let the management keep playing games....that's all I gotta say
