excellent location, friendly atmosphere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   We have lived here for close to four years. The location is excellent, close to the library, davis-kidd, and 3 grocery stores. Pleasant neighbors, mostly retired folk and Lipscomb kids. Maintenance has almost always been within 24 hours of reporting a problem (with the exception of when a part needed to be ordered) and is generally done correctly. Over all, we have enjoyed renting here
