I have enjoyed living here in Royal Arms. I have never once felt unsafe. I have always felt right at home. The apartment is in the best location...shopping mall, walgreens, restaurants, starbucks, interstates, all nearby. most residents are older folks or Lipscomb University students. I have not had any problems with the students with noise or parties or anything. The school is a Christian university and they are all very polite. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Great price for the area too! :)
