We would definitely recommend living in Royal Arms. We're only moving because we're moving to a new city. It's a great deal for living in the Green Hills Area.
We live on the 1st floor, so sometimes it sounds like our upstairs neighbors are sumo-wrestling, but we've only noticed the noise a few times. The only time it's difficult to find parking is late at night. Maintenance is very helpful and comes quickly.
The staff is helpful, but also not always sure of the right answer. You could get 2 different answers at different times if you talk to 2 different people.
The pools are a bit overcrowded on the weekend as there are a lot of college students living here. Our apartment has been by the pool, so we have heard some noise from that recently.
But, we have NEVER had a problem with bugs, or any other horror story that is so common with apartment complexes. It's also a VERY safe area. We've realized on numerous occasions that we left our back porch unlocked (on accident) and nothing has been missing or anything. Overall a quiet and peaceful place to live. Nice neighbors (overall) and very convenient location. Rent with confidence! =)
