I haven't lived here long, but I'm already planning on moving out. The place is covered in spiderwebs, the pool is in the sun all day and is frequently green. The gated parking lots are wide open in the morning and evening (for commuters I suppose') The noise from 2nd Ave, the Fire Station across the street, and the train yard is unbearable. I take a sleeping pill and wear ear plugs every night. The windows in the front and the french doors on to the cement veranda take in all the sunlight all day long - not helpful for your a/c bill. No one seems to have keys for all the doors. If my gate opener for some reason stops working I have no way in or out of the complex. Drunken cowboys dumped their ice from their beer cooler into the pool the other day. I have a photo of it.
