I have lived at Shadowbluff with my husband since July of 2000. We have a nice 2 bedroom apartment and have had very little problems. When we have had an issue the maintenance supervisor Phillip has always been very helpful. The maintenance guys and the office staff have always been nice and always say hi when we see them. Whey we had a set back with our rent, the manager was very understanding and gave us an extra couple of days to pay the rent.

I'm not sure where all these reviews about crime are coming from. I have been here since 2000 and I don't remember hearing about much happening here. There were a few break ins last March that they sent letters about and then had a safety meeting at the office. They even put special locks on my door so that it could help prevent a break in. Nobody that was at the meeting had their apartment broken into so I'm not sure how many had an issue. It must of been some of the college kids because it wasn't anyone that I know.

Overall I think that Shadowbluff is a great place to live. I have been here 9 years and I have no plans on leaving. I am even getting new carpet because I've been here so long. I would definitely recommend Shadowbluff and have referred some of my coworkers to Shadowbluff and got a $375 referral credit on my rent!
