Sheffield Heights Apartments

Not Safe! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   Since 1999 these apartments have really gone downhill. Several vehicles have been broken into and people have been robbed at gunpoint in broad daylight going from their car to their apartment. In 2001 there was a situation in one apartment where the tenant had to be brought out by SWAT. Other tenants of the building were left in the parking lot unable to enter their apartment or retrieve their vehicles from 10 at night untill 6 in the morning. Management came by to say hello but did not offer any assistance to the stranded tenants or even open the clubhouse so tenants could use the restroom. During an upgrade the construction workers used my electric outlet by the air conditioner to power their equipment, I complained but no compensation was made to my electric bill.
