I've been living in Sheffield Heights for the last year and a half and as soon as this lease is up, my wife and I are out!!!
First of all, the apartments have a horrible bug problem. I had to ask the office 6 times, yes I said 6 times, to spray before they finally did. The first time, they didn't even spray, but rather laid those sticky traps.
The ladies at the office are rude, inconsiderate, uncooperative, and have no idea who they are supposed to be serving.
You could tell the walls/ceilings are starting to shift and by that, I can always tell what my neighbor is cooking for dinner.
What is so funny is they are all about "referring friends" so when I finally did, my friend and I both got a lot of grief out of the whole situation.

It's awful. I was suckered in. They showed me a model apt. and I fell for it. I moved in and was gone the first 3 days, whe i returned my shower curtain was covered with mold, I haven't even used the shower yet! The noise is unbearable almost all the time, i have someone living above me and they must work second shift but i can hear every foot-step plus i can tell you what everyone around me is cooking. To close to the airport, constant thumping noise from some jack-ass' car stereo blurring. I could have rented a house for the rent i pay.
