MY FAVORITE THINGS:
Clean, well-kept appearance
Great maintenance staff
No pests (well, not in my unit)
Small community, low traffic, quiet
Washer/Dryer connections and on-site laundry room (clean and locked)
Great location-one exit from the airport and near some major highways
Generally nice people on staff/ownership.


MY NOT-SO-FAVORITE THINGS:
NO PRIVACY - They WILL enter your apartment without notice (and not for an emergency or legal reason). I lost count of how many times it happened to me. Once was "to close a window". C'mon!

NOSEY, GOSSIPY MANAGER - e.g. there's no need to know that your neighbor has relationship problems, job issues or a recent surgery.

Lots of notices and letters

No storage space - not even a linen closet

Not one single bonus amenity (pool, fitness center, tennis court, picnic area, clubhouse--nothing)

No outdoor grilling allowed


MY BOTTOM LINE:
It's one of the best looking complexes in the area. However, for the exact same money I can go to another well-kept community in this exact same area and probably get the privacy I pay for and have several of the added amenities/benefits listed above. Would I recommend it' NO. They should offer more bang for the buck, or lower the buck, AND RESPECT TENANT PRIVACY. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
