i was never a tenant of south wood park but was interested in renting. my wife and child went through a walk through of the place and liked it. it is a very clean property and assuming just as noisy as any other around an airport so we paid our deposit and application fee. we misunderstood breaking our lease at our current location and weren't able to move in so soon. we called and talked to the property manager about and was told that we could move in in a few months. this was all great until an illness in my family required us to get a third bedroom whitch they did not offer. i called and talked with the property manger who remembered me and asked how to get my deposit back. i was told that i could not get it back and she "did not have to honor our deposit after three months anyway but would if we still moved in" i understand the application fee not being returned but the deposit not was proof that would not have enjoyed moving there. after reading these reviews about the place i also would say that storage would have been a problem.
