I lived at Southwood Park Apts for 7 years bought a home sold it and moved back and lived there until I retired which was 3 more years and then I moved out of state with my family. We were always treated like family. Went through several maintenance personal some were good some were not so good but I never had a problem with service not being completed in the same day. Management was like a family member to me and all others day and night she was there winter and summer hot or cold. I remember the ice storm in 94 she stayed on property with no heat and went to work every day to make sure we were all o.k. Say what you want but it is one of the best kept places around. O by the way you must not like rules so things will stay they are suppost to. Old saying if you don't like the kitchen get out and if you can't something nice about someone keep your mouth shut.
